Hi I only have a copy of my birth certificate,will I be able to use the copy of my birth certificate to obtain the enhance drivers license---thank you


Unfortunately, the document scanning workstation from the NYS DMV will only accept originals. If you were born in the City of Buffalo, visit the City Clerk's Office for another birth certificate (or the easy to handle Birth Certificate Card), or visit the Town Clerk in the Town where you were born.
